A named vote was requested by Councillor Bill Hartnett in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 17.5 in respect of recommendations 1, 2 and 7 from the Executive Committee meeting held on 5^th February 2019 arising from the Independent Remuneration Panel’s review of Members’ allowances.

In accordance with the Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 the amendment to the budget calculation, an alternative budget proposed by Councillor Bill Hartnett and seconded by Councillor Greg Chance, was subject to a named vote.

In accordance with the Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 the budget calculations, set out in the Medium Term Financial Plan 2019/20 to 2022/23, including the Pay Policy Statement and the Council Tax Resolutions, was subject to a named vote.
