RESOLVED that

 

1)                 progress on the scheme be noted; and

 

RECOMMENDED that

 

2)                 additional revenue funding of £2,360 be approved to progress the scheme for the year 2009/10 up to and including reporting on the outcomes of the market testing exercise.
