13.	External Scrutiny Bodies - Update Reports The following External Scrutiny bodies updates will be provided at the meeting: a) Worcestershire Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee (HOSC) – Council Representative, Councillor Spilsbury. The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) has changed its committee structure, resulting in the WMCA Overview and Scrutiny Committee, and the WMCA Transport Delivery Overview and Scrutiny being replaced by ‘Local Scrutiny Committee’ – this body has no representation from non-constituent authorities of the WMCA. Officers have approached WMCA for clarification regarding future representation of the non-constituent members at WMCA scrutiny committees.
