• Councillor David Bush - Other disclosable - Prior to consideration of this item, Councillor Bush declared an Other Disclosable Interest in that his brother-in-law's property backed onto the development site. Councillor Bush therefore withdrew from the meeting for the duration of the Committee's consideration of the application and did not participate or vote on the matter.
