• Councillor Matthew Dormer - Pecuniary - During consideration of the report in respect of the Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Sector) (England & Wales) Regulations 2015, Councillors Matthew Dormer, Emma Marshall and Nyear Nazir declared pecuniary interests in their capacity as private sector landlords

6. Redditch TIP Library Redevelopment - Business Case

• Councillor Matthew Dormer - Pecuniary - Councillor Matthew Dormer advised that he had been granted a dispensation by the Audit, Governance and Standards Committee to speak and vote on town centre regeneration matters as a member of the Redditch Business Improvement District (BID) and Town’s Deal Board. He therefore remained present for the debates and votes in respect of the Redditch TIP Library Redevelopment Business Case.

He therefore remained present for the debates and votes in respect of the Town Hall Hub.
