7. Motions on Notice (Procedure Rule 11)
- Councillor Bill Hartnett - Other disclosable - Councillors Joe Baker, Bill Hartnett and Emma Marshall declared other disclosable interests in Minute Item No 20 – Motions on Notice - in respect of the Motion that had been submitted for consideration on the subject of the recent Redditch Pride event. In declaring their interest, Councillors Baker, Hartnett and Marshall advised that they were members of the Redditch LGB&TQ Support Services Committee which organised the Pride event. They left the room during consideration of this Motion and took no part in the debate nor vote thereon.

6. 23/00537/FUL - Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch
- Councillor Bill Hartnett - Prejudicial - Councillors Bill Hartnett, Juma Begum, Andy Fry and Sid Khan declared an interest in relation to Agenda item 6 (Minute No29), 23/00537/Ful - Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch. In that they had campaigned to prevent the library moving into the Townhall building and as F1(d) “public libraries and public reading rooms” was included as a proposed use as part of the application they stated that they could not vote positively for the application and therefore were pre-determined.

6. Homelessness Prevention Grant and Domestic Abuse Grant
- Councillor Bill Hartnett - Other disclosable - During consideration of Minute Item No 55 – Homelessness Prevention Grant and Domestic Abuse Grant - Councillor Bill Hartnett declared an other disclosable interest in respect of the proposed funding for GreenSquare Accord, for supported accommodation for ex-offenders. This declaration was made in Councillor Hartnett’s capacity as a Councillor appointed by the authority, as an outside body appointment, to Redditch Co-operative Homes, which was part of GreenSquare Accord. As he commented that Redditch Co-operative Homes was not directly involved with the work of GreenSquare Accord in respect of delivering this supported accommodation for ex-offenders, Councillor Hartnett remained in the room during the debate in respect of this matter and took part in the vote thereon.
