Council Tax Resolution 2026/27 The Council Tax Resolutions will follow in a supplementary pack for this Council meeting.
Please note that as Worcestershire County Council may not agree their Council Tax precept at their Council meeting scheduled to take place on 26th February 2026, there is the possibility that part or all of this report will need to be considered at an extra meeting of Council on 6th March 2026.
Under Section 106 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, any Councillor who is 2 or more months in arrears with their Council tax payments cannot participate in any item at the Council meeting concerning the budget.

Urgent Business - Record of Decisions There has been one urgent decision taken since the previous Council meeting in respect of the appointment of a contractor to install kitchens in Council House properties, following receipt of notice that the Council’s previous supplier had gone into administration.

Urgent Business - general (if any) To consider any additional items exceptionally agreed by the Mayor as Urgent Business in accordance with the powers vested in him by virtue of Section 100(B)(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972.
