1.	Apologies Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Bill Hartnett with Councillor Sharon Harvey in attendance as Substitute. Apologies were also received from Councillor Roger Bennett.
2.	Declarations of Interest To invite Councillors to declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests and / or Other Disclosable Interests they may have in items on the agenda, and to confirm the nature of those interests. Minutes: There were no Declarations of Interest.
3.	Confirmation of Minutes PDF 369 KB Minutes: The minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 16^th April 2026 were presented to Members. A typographical error was noted on page 17 of the Minutes, in that Councillor Bill Hartnett’s name was spelt incorrectly. RESOLVED that Subject to the amendment as detailed in the preamble above, the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 16^th April 2026 were approved as a true and accurate record and were signed by the Chair.
4.	Update Reports PDF 7 KB To note Update Reports (if any) for the Planning Applications to be considered at the meeting (circulated prior to the commencement of the meeting) Minutes: The Chair noted that there was an update report which was circulated to Members prior to the commencement of the meeting. Members indicated that they had sufficient time to consider the Update reports and were happy to proceed.
