The Chair will open the meeting and welcome all present.

The Chair opened the Hearing and informed all those present that following legal advice the Hearing would be adjourned and that the application for a premises licence for The White Eagle, 118 Oakly Road, Redditch be deferred to a future Hearing.  The Chair responded to several questions from members of the public with regard to the adjournment of the Hearing.
